NLAHS Summer Open Meeting

Our Summer meeting is: “The Waithe Valley through time, and Proposed Summer Dig”At this meeting we will review the ongoing project, particularly the Villa site at Swinhope.


This will be followed by a preview of the fieldwork project planned to take place between 22.08.26 and 06.09.26. These dates have now been finalised with the farmer. 

 

The project is open to all members, experience is not essential, with jobs available for all. 


We will ask participants at the Dig to contribute £10 to defray the cost of a porta-loo on site and other incidental expenses.
